Seems like it’s out in country but only a twenty minute walk into town. Bicycles to borrow and conveniently located at a bus stop.

Beautiful park setting with easy access to the city. Very friendly staff and good food. Room was comfortable.

Property located in a good location; about half hour walk into the centre. Located next to a lake with loads of scenic walks in the local area.
We weren’t met with much of a welcome when we arrived or asked how our stay was on check out. Customer service should have been warmer. Also an awkward question for two males as to whether our booking was correct as we only had one room. The room was booked for two guests.
Breakfast was a nice selection situated in a restaurant overlooking the lake.
Some areas of improvement needed to the bathroom; no extraction fan, wobbly toilet seat and shaving mirror needed to be repaired. Also flickering spotlights. Parking is 150 SEK for 24 hours.
For the price of £160 for a night; I would have expected a little more.

We love this property. We stayed last year and it was important to stay again this year. I tried without success to use the sauna. Each day the hotel was packed with events. I tried to use the sauna on a Saturday night but it wasn't working. Our TV was also uncooperative. Staff was exceeding friendly and always made us feel welcome. We'd certainly stay again.

Dear Kyla, Thank you for your reveiw. Unfortunatly we sauna was occupied as a part of the christmas tables wardobe and thats why people couldnt book the sauna during that time. Hope you have a wonderful 2024 and we are looking forward having you back!

Posted 11 Apr 2023 on HotelsExcellent experience on the whole. Staff were all wonderful. Hotel is located in a very nice place. Restaurant was wonderful. Especially Moa from the reception and Jasmine from the restaurant, were excellent. Thanks for making it a memorable time in Stockholm.
