It's more of a 3 star hotel... Location is great next to subway and tons of restaurants & bars... Daily included breakfast was wonderful with lots of options... My booked room was small as expected since I didn't go for higher priced options... Now, room service needs to be requested in advance, which I 'm ok with; decided to request it once during our stay... We didn't get toilet paper supplied, they provided clean towels but didn't take the 2 day old used ones away, and they didn't refill the shower gel container so I ran out of it on my last morning... I expect more if room cleaning / service is requested.... Other than that, front staff very nice and helpful.

I've been to the Scandic Malmen a number of times. The room was good, the staff are friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast is excellent.

Great staff and location is quite central. Very close to metro with great transport links
