Good value in a beautiful-yet-pricey city
Posted 20 Sep 2013 on HotelsThe rooms and decor are adequate and clean. The bathrooms could do with enclosed showers, and tea making facilities would be useful. But the beds were OK, staff friendly, free wifi, the breakfast generous and varied, the location a short downhill walk into the city. In a city this beautiful, when you need somewhere to rest your head and get a good feed before spending the days exploring, it's perfectly fine.

Great place, great location, excellent staff
Posted 4 Aug 2013The hotel was just what we needed: location was good and the price was right. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff was really great. The only downside was that we were in a room with two singles pushed together to make a double bed. Otherwise, everything was great.
