Convenient to transportation. Clean and well managed building with excellent communication. We stayed here to be close to our daughter who’s a student and staying at Forenom Alvik. Our weeklong stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you!

great place!

I was wondering how the key app would go, since it sounded like other people had issues with it, but I had no problems at all and ended up finding it really easy and convenient to use. The property itself was very nice, modern, clean, located near public transportation (and just a quick ride to some of the bigger transportation hubs) - all good things! I stayed in a compact room, so it was very small, but it felt cozy more than cramped and there was a lot of use of vertical space for storage (plus a footstool included so short people like me could reach the top shelves!). My only complaint is that the company was very hard to get ahold of. Before my arrival, I had a question about a potential problem (some of the personal info in my reservation email was incorrect), and I tried both emailing them at the address they provided and messaging the property via Hotels.com, and never received any sort of reply. It didn't end up causing any issues, but I would have felt better if I had gotten some sort of response!

Quite mixed. 1) No staff present. All wifi keys and such. Personally, I prefer someone to talk to and feel less secure in a robotic facility. 2) the hotel was very clean and modern. Wifi worked well. 3) Location was terrible. Industrial neighborhood, unattractive, far from everything. 4) The room was TOO SMALL. A murphy bed and a shower that hit the toilet. The murphy bed was so far off the floor, that a stool was provided to get into bed. Getting out of bed in the middle of the night was dangerous.5) The window shades did not work well. For Stockholm this is imperative. Window shades must block out ALL sun, otherwise sleeping is difficult. Not only did the shades not cover the window, but the light that came in hit a mirrored door on a wardrobe and reflected around the room. Truly horrible sleeping. 6) No live TV, only Chromecast. Not a big deal for me, bit others might want to watch news or sports. 7) Reasonably priced.
