This hotel is very old and run down. The pool is empty and looks like it’s been vacant for a long time. If you walk out your door on the inside balcony overlooking the empty pool it’s humid in there and just vacant. Eerie place to stay for the money.

Thanks for your review, our pool has been waiting on a repair from Hayward, and they only have one warranty rep based out of Austin TX. So that has been a challenge for us for sure. And yes we do have guest rooms that overlook or have balcony access to the pool, feel free next time to request a non-pool view room, we have over 80 rooms that are not located in the pool area. Some even have a great view of the lobby and even have lobby side balconies.

Dirty sock on my floor as soon as I walked in, mold in the bathroom every where, door card stopped working 5 times during my stay, breakfast was absolutely terrible, etc etc

We are sorry your room was not fully inspected prior to your arrival. If you had notified our desk agent I am sure we could of relocated you. Magetic cards have a multitude of reason as to why they stop work, but they should never have been this unreasonable. We will make sure to check that room access lock. Please call us and let us know what time you had our breakfast, we have very few if any issues with breakfast ever. We always offer many hot and cold items, as well as many coffee and juice options.

I reserved a room with a king bed and got two queen. The toilet made a loud noise when flushing. The heater was loud. The hair dryer didn’t work. Some of the staff were about as friendly as a rattlesnake. They shouldn’t be front desk employees for sure. I will not go back to this location again. And the pool was out of service.

We will absolutely be addressing our staff, not sure who you spoke to or when as we never recieved any information at the desk, but our staff is typically on point with all our guest.We FINALLY recieved our much needed part for our pool equipment and hope to have that fully functional as soon as possible. We know that a hotel stay, also includes amenities, such as a pool to make your stay more pleasant.Our toilets are "flush assist" meaning they are pressurized, we did not see any notes concerning any rooms, but we will be sure to check our rooms to make sure they are all working properly
