The staff was friendly and helpful, they provided a nice treat for our dog. The accommodations for our dog were good. There was a nice area to walk her. Room was clean and very nice, good breakfast was provided in a nice area.

Jazzy and Jon at the front desk were absolutely Awesome!!
So helpful and personable :)
We were even toting along a new born and a few other small children and what a relief their hospitality was to us
Breakfast was super yummy and stocked up so well, even with a robotics competition contenders filling up :)

In general, it is a decent place with an OK breakfast. The regular rooms are a little cramped with an odd replacement for a closet.
Our problem was with checking in, and the type of room we were initially given. Our reservation through Expedia was for "2 Queen Beds, Accessible, Bathtub", but the initial room was hearing accessible (not very useful when you have someone in a wheelchair). It took 2 more room changes to finally get us in the correct type of room while we had to keep listening to the desk clerk blame the problem on Expedia. I talked to the manager the next morning about this, and he offered to refund the first night (while still blaming Expedia). I had to do this through Expedia, and when I messaged Expedia, the rep couldn't get the hotel manager on the phone and verify the compensation. The only option ended up being $30 in Expedia bucks.
