The room was not well maintained, there was no one at the front desk to check in. There was residue from someone else on the night table. The room looked beat up. holes in the walls where light fixtures were replaced and not plastered. Water damage above the air conditioner. The employee had such a thick Indian accent he was very hard to understand. The magnet on the closet was broken and laying on top of the cabinet. No tv Guide. Curtain rods were remounted and the mounting holes in the plaster just left and not patched. Didn't sleep between the sheets, should have brought a sleeping bag. Light shade screw cap on top missing. Table wobbled on 3 legs, one was bent in. Front of the micro wave was dirty. Unpainted spot on plastered wall. Locking latch on front door was apparently tore off at some point. Chrome completely worn off the sink faucet. only 2 screws holding on the light switch plate, should have had 6. Pieces of formica chipped out of table. Indian kiosk double charged me for a security deposit. If you want pics I have them in spades! I will send them to you. George A. Guenther

Do not stay here. The first room they gave us the beds were not even made. The 2nd room had some kind of vomit/dirt on the floor, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut because the top hinge was completely falling off, and to top it off the toilet needed to be plunged. We were so tired we ended up staying, but got up early to get out of there. Asked for a refund, but was denied. Oh, and the pool and hot tub had no water in them :/

This place is great if you like black mold, sketchy people and foul smells.

It was a bummer that the pool was not open, but the room was nice and the hotel was clean.

What was disappointing is that there is a very nice pool area that my kids were ecited to enjoy during our stay. But we were unable to due to pool was not even filled. Pool was the only reason we chose this accomodation and were let down

Rooms newly painted & new flooring so very clean. Maybe not quite done yet as there was a closet hole in the wall but no rod to hang clothes. Staffing confusing as there is automated check in but there were humans present to help. Humans very friendly. Looks like a transition in progress so not sure what plan is going forward. Pool filled but closed. My reason for booking was the pool so very disappointed. No coffee in room or lobby.
