Found the mattresses uncomfortable - there was a lot of noise over night from the atrium into the lobby. Staff were super nice.

I was extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. There was a lot of dirt buildup in the corners

Always a nice place to stay when visiting my daughter at Franciscan. Place is very clean. Staff is accommodating.
