Honestly the young lady at the desk had a rough nice last night. When I called her on the phone because I had mistakenly went to the wrong location, she was loud and yelling on the phone and I was just confused. Once I was able to deescalate it and go to the right location it didn’t get much better. She was much nicer in person which was great. But there were so many issues with the rooms. She gave me rooms twice that had already had people in them and I seemed like a creep knocking on rooms that were already occupied at 12am. I had to keep lugging my luggage around the hotel as we tried to find me an unoccupied room. I finally get situated in a room on the second floor instead of the third floor. I’m finally able to eat my cold dinner and get ready for work in the morning. As soon as I get the shower turned on and unwind I get a knock on the door. Turns out the room was also assigned to someone else as well and I had to move AGAIN. Again the lady was very nice and had a language barrier and was doing her best. I moved rooms and even though I was frustrated i remained calm and polite because I work in the service industry. I was finally able to get into a room and rest. Now it’s a bit past 1am. I was so tired from the room switching and confusion that I ended up missing breakfast. I just don’t feel as though my experience was great and would really like my money back. I’m sure this isn’t every single guests experience here, and I’m sure it was a one off situation.

It wasn’t that bad for one night. The lady that was there that night was nice checking in was smoothly. Wish they had hot breakfast but its just a grab and go. We got a queen bed but it didn’t look nothing like a queen bed but hey at less the bed seem clean. It had a kitchen but the microwave and some areas in the kitchen was dusty or not clean and but bathroom fan made alot of noise when turning it on. However ill stay here if i have to again.
