Hands down, this place is absolutely amazing! My family of 4 stayed in Stephenville for a soccer tournament and we chose this place to stay based off of other reviews - and I am so glad we did! Not only is the staff incredibly nice and welcoming, the hotel is clean, safe, and has lots of additional amenities. The pool area is very nice and has an area where you can get up chairs/setting outside the pool area - this allowed us to watch our kids without having to worry about being splashed by all the kids. The cherry on top was the fact that 2 days before our stay, my husband called and asked if they would be able to do a little something in the room to make our daughter feel special since it was her birthday the day we arrived - & boy did they come through! They had a large “Happy Birthday” banner, 2 large helium balloons, and a personalized birthday card from the staff. I wish I had a way to upload the picture of the setup they did because it really warmed our hearts to see how much care & work they put into doing that for her! Highly recommend!!

It could have been nicer for the price. Some stains on the comforter and shower could have been cleaner. The lobby & 1st floor had a funky odor, the 3rd floor where I stayed was fine. Would stay here again if needed.

Wonderful Staff. Very nice and super helpful. Was a little loud as we got to the weekend nighta with kids and doors. Would definitely stay here again

Lobby stunk, smelled like a dirty fish tank. Smoke alarms went off twice on our second night. Hotel staff never communicated with the guest at all. Not to tell us to evacuate not to return to bed. Eventually a fireman told me it was a false alarm. Lastly, one of the two elevators did not work from the first day we were there. On our third and last morning, the second and only previously working elevator was not working. There was no note on it saying “out of order”, no call from staff informing us of the perceived inconvenience, no communication from them at all. No help moving luggage down the stairs, no help for the physically impaired to traverse the stairs, nothing. Not even an “I’m sorry for the inconvenience”! They do not provide toilet paper or clean towels on a daily basis. We were provided one roll of toilet for two adults for three days stay. The staff acted put out when we asked for a second roll and clean towels. They informed us that their policy was only to provide clean towels or room services after it’s requested. From my observation, this hotels owner and management does not care about its guests, only their bottom dollar.

Hot and stuffy, front desk unhelpful, did not have our reservations on file. We left !!!

We stayed 3 nights in May. The humidity level was so high in our room that our sheets, clothes and everything felt wet. Made for horrible sleeping conditions. I informed the night desk clerk upon checkout but did not feel like our complaint was heard or taken serious. For the price we paid I expected a more comfortable stay. Disappointed and would not go back.
