The staff was great. We travel with our dog and they were great to work with. The have a small breakfast, there is a cafe next door. And up the street is a Kroger, and several fast food places. The property was clean, beds comfortable. I would recommend the hotel to folks.

Wasn’t able to check in, no staff.
Posted 28 Nov 2021 on HotelsTook over a dozen phone call attempts to get someone on the phone to arrange late check in, they said it would be fine but when we arrived there was nobody to be found and no way to check in. Had to stay somewhere else, very frustrating.

OYO? More like Oh No!
Posted 14 Aug 2021 on HotelsWe booked online and on arrival were told they don’t do online booking. Luckily we had chosen to pay upon arrival, so we didn’t lose any money but had to pay more than we expected. The room was “non-smoking” but reeked of cigarette smoke. The curtains were broken and did not close all the way. The room was not clean, the floor had dead spiders, and we were just about ready to find a vacuum and do it ourselves. We had two beds, but after seeing a bug crawling on one of the beds decided to share the second bed, which did not appear to have any bugs on it. The toilet was in fact clean (the only clean thing) but the shower did not drain. We had a terrible time and we will not be returning.

I booked the room paid for it then arrived at the room and they said that they wasn't taking reservations so I was out of my money no refund still yet and I had to book another room a hour away back to the way I didn't want to go

They made us feel welcome changed our tv for us and will visit again on our next trip
