This is a dive hotel. The check-in staff was rude. The room had no soap or shampoo and no towels. The property was dirty. There were garbage bags on the floor outside my room.

Great location, but the TV didn't work and there was no hair dryer.

The beds were very comfortable and clean. Easy parking and efficient rooms. Advertised that breakfast was included but it was not.

Conveniently located to “downtown” shops/restaurants/bars. Shuttle bus stop outside for going to ski resort. Friendly staff. Older motel but well maintained (had just installed new cardkey door locks). Pet-friendly, as some guests had dogs with them. New building construction next door was only mildly disruptive and should be finished soon.

Located conveniently close to restaurants and the Yampa River. Nice hot pool.

They rented us a room while starting construction next door at 8 am. Worst experience ever!
