So sad the pool was broke!!!! The grandkids and us were very disappointed!! It looked like it had been busted for a while! With Memorial Day weekend you would think they would have tried to fix it! Plus no one told us ahead of time that it was closed!!!

Every thing is loud. Room 202 can hear people walking up down stairs, hear people loudly talking at the front desk.

Tried to connect with expedia several times to modify reservation with no luck. Staff were super nice on site and if I had booked through them I wouldn’t have been locked on my stay. Ended up paying for a night I didn’t need. Book the hotel, just do it directly.
