Disappointing experience, stay in hotel

The physical condition of the property was nice, updated kitchen bathroom etc. what was disappointing was the lack of air conditioning which required the windows to be open. This led to being woken up every night by the loud crowd in the neighborhood. Specifically, on two nights at 0230-0300 I heard racist comments from the locals. To be specific, f**k you n*gr* being yelled by the local middle eastern individuals. This was highly offensive and I would not recommend anyone staying at this location. As a pro immigration individual it was troublesome to see how the local non-Norwegians acted in the area. After the offensive yelling loud Arabic was spoken and these were the individuals making racist comments. The location was close to the sentrum and that was nice but the loud and offensive comments will have me staying in a hotel vs the frogner apartments going forward. Really feel sad for the individual that was subject to these comments. Hopefully this will cease to exist in the future but was a big disappointment for a visit to Stavanger. It was shocking that this occurs in Norway. I would not let any female member of my family stay in this area. While Frogner Apartments cannot control the locals I felt the need to mention why I was really disappointed.

Pros: The apartment was clean, the location was great & close to everything, rooftop has beautiful views Cons: check in was difficult although sorted after a phone call, the elevator and entrance have very bad smells

we paid four people for two rooms. However, there is only one very small bottle of shampoo and condition. not enough racks for towels. NO kitchen paper towels. Only one run detergent for clothes washer . No dryer so we have to hang clothes to dry. When we checked in, the Auto serve system can not find our booking, so we have to call their center.

Challenging to find. Parking limited. Reserved two bedroom was only 1 bedroom

Just like (a not very exciting) home

Had some difficulties getting in, furniture wasn't very comfortable. Guests above us were very loud. Location was good, felt like we were in a half finished ikea display.

Rent og pent

Kjempebra leilighet på alle vis. Veldig rolig til tross for nærhet til sentrum. Det eneste som trakk ned var den sterke matlukta i gangene i bygget.

Meget bra service imponerende

Meget hyggelig pesonel både å kommunisere med ang info og insjekk. Vi hadde mye basgasje fra ikea og kom før tiden men ble møtt med en hyggelig mail så tilot oss og sjekke inn tidligere meget bra service! Så ved insjekk traff på en fra vaskepersonel som beklaget qt ikke hadde vasket et speil (som ikke jeg hadde bemerket selv);og dette er jo kun min egen feil som sjekket inn litt tidligere. Så bare jeg som bør beklage da. Men nei da smilende og hyggelige samtlige personal var i kontakt med der. 10 av 10 poeng! Service er så viktig for meg iallfall.
