The room was dirty the blankets and linens were dirty when I asked for new sets they said I had to wait until morning then they just remade the beds with the same sheets

This property is being renovated but the renovations on the ground floors are poor. The new bathroom floor was cracked with puddles of water, electric outlets hanging out of the wall. Needs more TLC.

We’ve stayed here once per summer for the past few years. We’ve seen the breakfast shrink, as though management wishes to save money by withdrawing the breakfast shown in pictures and previously provided. Our family left hungry each day. Other issues just get a bandaid. We’re not coming back.

Toilet don’t work, booked 2 rooms, they couldn’t find my reservation tried to overcharge me for the second room since it want showing up on their system, but it was in my confirmation email. another guest ran in while checking in asking for a refund due to roaches 8’ her room. It was awful, but I was in the middle Of no where, all other hotels were booked.

Breakfast was terrible. Place was clean but noise. Did not like the office where breakfast. To the point you have to drive there.

Stayed at this property 2X. Each time there were cleanliness issues about the floors. In general room was now Ok this time, but bathroom was another story. Drippings at the comode. Which tells me bathroom was not whipped properly.
