Girl at front desk was rude, cold, indifferent. Took a minute to even pick her eyes up from some papers to acknowledge we were standing there trying to check in.
Rest of hotel was nice.

The desk clerk was very friendly and immediately made us feel welcome rather than treating us as a nuisance. That attitude immediately set the tone for a great stay!!

Had to wait for someone to check us in..water would not let out in sink. Changed rooms. No maintenance

We have arrived after midnight, pretty busy, unsure of surroundings since it’s dark out.
The place smells clean but very disturbed when we got to the room and the sink is backed up badly and very gross.
Unable to get another room as they are booked
