"The rooftop hotel is not open. There’s no open balcony at all. Location is wonderful. Staff was so nice but he said he would bring me up my Uber, but yeah he disappeared so staff is not consistent. I don’t think that they should charge what they charge in a hotel you get nothing but a room. "

We recommended your hotel to family members over the weekend and they will definitely be staying at Hyatt Centric Wall Street the next time they are in New York City. In addition, the breakfast service was excellent!"

"Decent enough, needs a little tlc in the bathrooms, loose fixtures and mold around the dispensers in the shower. The window would not close completely, we didn’t mind being on the 16th floor and we like it cooler when sleeping. Beds are firm. Close proximity to a lot of places within a 20 minute walk. Bus and train are within 3-5 minutes. "

"We had a very good experience staying here. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they had good breakfast options including grab and go cold items like yogurt, bagels, and cereal as well as hot items like eggs, sausage, and waffles. The room was clean and a comfortable temperature. They were also very accommodating. After our last night, we were switching hotels and they stored our luggage for us until we could check in to our new hotel. The only drawback was the room was quite small. I thought we reserved two queens but the beds were definitely fulls and the room barely fit them. But we made it work and enjoyed our stay!"
