"I like that they had smoking rooms available. The smoking rooms were also in a different part of the building separated from non- smoking rooms which was excellent for non-smokers. "3 min walk to Staten Island ferry. Breakfast provided was minimal and dissappointing. No juices. Basically bread butter, 1 bananna, 2 tangerenes and 2 soft apples. Towels were like sandpaper.
