Doors slam constantly all hours of the night. That was my only real complaint. Shower and shampoo/soaps were wonderful. Water pressure and temp was Great! Shuttle was okay but breakfast doesn’t start until 6am and we needed to be at the airport by then :( so we missed out.

Room was clean and spacious. We arrived early at 11 am. The check in agent did not make any effort to find us a room. We were exhausted from getting up At 3 am for our flight. We kept checking with the front desk as we waited in the lobby. Finally there was a shift change at the front desk and the agent found Us a room right away at 2:30 pm. There was no Welcome bag of treats for honor members. We ate at the restaurant bar and that employee was awesome!

The hotel was great. The only downside is their shuttle service is poor. We waited at the airport for about 30 minutes and gave up on the shuttle and took an uber. We were told you had to wait until check-in to book the shuttle to the port only to be told it was full. Again Uber was the answer. Don’t waste time on the shuttle!!!!

Stayed a night each before 2 international trips this year. Rooms were nice. Clean and quiet. Beds were excellent. Pillows were a bit soft for my taste so on the 2nd trip, i brought mine from home. All in all a good spot to stay. We will use this hotel again.

A/C in room was broken. Young woman at the front desk did not care and did not care to help. Property is ok if just spending the night to catch a flight. The people who work there are just there to collect their paycheck. They don’t care about their job or providing customer service. I will stay elsewhere on my way through the next time.
