No valet parking available. Bathroom and rooms need a remodel. Bathroom are way too small. Elevators way too small for a wheelchair.

Only 2 restaurants open. My husband came later to the hotel, I sent him a picture of the room key sleeve with the room #. His name was on the room with mine. When he arrived, he showed the agent a picture of the room key sleeve and the agent made him a key. Didn’t ask his name, didn’t ask for ID!! He came and told me in the room. I was mortified! Safety obviously isn’t a priority! Be ware

Golden Nugget Hotel is a scam. I booked a room online for $101 tax. When I get to the counter, the gal gives me a final price of $99.37. I give her a $100 bill. Next thing I know, she walks away, comes back with another woman, and they now want $320 for one night. This is a casino hotel. I told her I wasn't paying that much. She went on and on about the different fees, like $40 for parking. I sat in the lobby and booked another room elsewhere for $130 total. Yeah, I won't be visiting Golden Nugget tonight.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in Tahoe. Could not reach guest services, room service, or bell hop service from the room. The phone was essentially useless. Ice bin is provided but could not find ice anywhere on the floor.
There was also a fraternity event going on in the hotel and there was nonstop noise all night.
Front desk was nice and understanding when we talked to them which was good. But unfortunately there really wasn’t anything that could be done about the noise throughout the night and constant door banging.

We had a very nice and clean king bed room. In walking distance of all Casinos!

I was put in a handicap room so I ended up not being able to shower found roaches eww
