Rooms do not come with a fridge, make sure to ask for one & they will bring it to your room.

The rooms need to be updated but the temperature inside it was horrible. Our room was 81 and the air conditioning didn’t work. We had reservations for a weekend in June and sadly cancelled them and will be staying at another hotel.

I was placed on a dog floor, in which the Front desk did not inform me. No wonder my room smelled like wet dog. Needless to say I did not spend another night. Will never go back.

Im extremely happy and appreciative I was able to check in to my room at 11am. The concierge desk was extremely accommodating in that aspect, however, I paid extra for a room with a balcony a did not get a room with a balcony.

The only thing to watch out is the AC/Heating system. They have an explanation for it under the thermostat but still… a bit inconvenient

Construction blocking off the corridor from hotel elevators was a major inconvenience. We had to walk the parking lot across the driveway to get from parking to the hotel
