It was ok. I was charged for an early check-in (unexpected). I could not get the shower to work. Overall, I needed a place to get ready and a place to sleep. It served its purpose. The best part was, as a single traveler, I felt safe.

We stayed for graduation at Mississippi State University. We booked the room in early February. All of the other hotels were booked. We will not stay there again.

This is a working man's inn. Many laborer types with pickups; one especially blocking handicapped park- ing. Included breakfast was very minimal to say the least. Showerheads are from Dark Ages!

Not bad. Party from restaurant next door but didn't last too. Long. I had an extra charge on my account i sent a message about and almost 24 hrs later still no answer.

The rate for this hotel was very affordable, and although the property offers both smoking and non-smoking rooms, we were pleased to find our non-smoking room had no evidence of having been smoked in. This is one of the oldest hotels in the area, and it appears there are some renovations ongoing. Our room had new floors, but some of the furniture and sink need replacing. There were several guests hanging out in the parking lot between midnight and 2:00 a.m., so it was noisy off and on. But our room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, and staff was very friendly.
