Could use more dining options on property. Staff was friendly but not quite the caliber one would expect from Ritz-Carlton. That said, I would definitely book a return trip and recommend this location to friends and family.

I loved the ocean view from my room and the staff's attention to detail & helpfulness. The upkeep of the grounds & whole facility was immaculate.

Their beach side food and service was mediocre. The sunset cruise and staff were excellent.
They are inconsistent with replacements in room after cleaning.

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay. The staff are so friendly and the fellow guests were too. The king size bed room was nice but if I had to suggest improvement, I would want more storage space. The motion control lights in the bathroom woke up anyone sleeping because the shower glass wall let light though into the bedroom. Bad design. The beach and pool area are gorgeous and restaurant was excellent. We ate there twice for dinner because the food, service and view was amazing. We would definitely come again.
