Overpriced for what it is a rather 3star hotel

Posted 9 Oct 2023 on HotelsWe had a twin standard room so wasn't expecting too much, but we had a lovely view into town with the sea in the distance. The bath over the shower was adequate, the toiletries were plentiful and the room was small but perfectly acceptable. The food was great, plenty to choose from at breakfast and dinner was great value at around £33. The spa was amazing! Already looking at when we can return. Thank you.

Transport from the hotel to the town centre was only one way. As the guests were middle aged or older, this could be inconvenient. The main problem was the site of the hotel.
Its position is on a VERY steep gradient and there are at least 30-40 sapping steps. Great going down. Going up, not so much. Finally all the little "extras" like £5.00 tray charge for room service. Its not as if the food isnt expensive as it is.
Wont stay there again!!!!
