A staff made a key for a complete stranger. He came in my room and wouldn't leave for an hour finally I got them to leave went to the front desk and the guy acted like he didn't do anything

The bed was a little too soft for our preference. It felt like laying in a king sized hammock.

It had roaches everywhere when we went to check in it was someone already checked into our room we had to wait 30 minutes for them to find a room and then they didn’t have a double bed

First night I had to be moved to another room
due to roaches infestation
And my next room took them five days to get it clean again
