Initial impression: irritation. Check-in time was 4:00PM. Waiting in hot parking lot. Email came in at 4:04 with unit # and lockbox code. Why not 4 minutes early instead of 4 minutes late???
The unit was in excellent condition with new sofa. Well equipped kitchen.
Many appreciated small touches like towel bar system behind bathroom door. Thank you for coffee and filters!
The grounds were in great condition, including pool, tennis courts and pier with picnic tables and grill.
Did not like: the 4:04 email from "PAG Beach Resorts" told us how to get into the unit, but NOT how to lock it from outside. Also, there were at least 4 light bulbs burnt out, which they fixed the next day. Also, there were several incorrect photos in the listing. One was the living room for ANOTHER UNIT (white TV stand, large white lamp shade). And the correct living room picture does not show the nice new sofa.
Bottom line: the owner of the unit has done a great job preparing; the "host" or "management" is a little sloppy.

Posted 17 Jan 2023 on HotelsThis property is awesome. Beautiful grounds, nice pool, grills, tennis, and great scenery. Communication was by phone and e-mail, and they were very responsive and accommodating. Nice, quiet location near several dining and bar options. Would definitely recommend!

Great communication, clean, as advertised. Close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would come again!
My only minor ding is the kitchen had only one small frying pan, and it wasn't level and didn't provide even heat. We like to make our own breakfast some mornings and this oversight made it a little inconvenient. Please go to TJ Max and get a few nice frying pans. Again, this was just a little nit in an overwhelmingly wonderful stay!

Loved everything about this stay- communication was simple through email, check-in was easy with code on the door- no need to get a key or hassle with a front desk, condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Nothing to complain about. Would stay here again if ever in the area.
