Easy and friendly at checkin.
One negative incident with housekeeping entering our room while we were in it, shortly after check in, but staff did handle the situation the best they could in the moment. Rooms were clean, parking was free and plenty. Would stay here again if we were in the area.

Room was clean, but could be cleaner. Found two hairs in the bed sheets and a long hair in the shower. The bed was very comfortable. The room smelled clean, no odor coming from the AC. Had a little couch to relax on, a microwave, fridge and keurig. Basic tv, no options for YouTube or Netflix. Breakfast is not included and they charge a $100 incidental fee. Overall, a great, relaxing stay and kind staff.

Overall a nice hotel that is clean with a nice pool and restaurant. The area around the hotel is just ok but it is close to USF campus.

The area is what it is. But the second you enter the service and cleanliness is superb. Would stay here again. Clean pool, clean rooms, safe hotel.

THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL.

clean and quiet , polite helpful stuff
only complain was the fridge was too loud so I turned it off to be able to sleep
