Waterfront. Easy to get too. Restaurant on site. Local things do do.

The floor in our room was extremely dirty. We would walk around in our room and the bottom of our feet would be black..

Really enjoyed our stay. Nicely equipped studio. Very small shower. Would have liked a larger TV and provided with TV channel listing. Will definitely stay again.

Full size refrigerator and 2 burners with dishes made this place better than hotel room. Pool was nice and bar restaurant was on property. Nice view of the sound
