Hotel was lovely, friendly helpful staff, especially Hannah, the restaurant supervisor. Food in the hotel was very good, i recommend the gentleman's afternoon tea!
Nice seating area in our room. There were plenty of areas to go sit and relax in relative quiet. Only negative were the other noisy guests!

Posted 24 Jan 2024 on HotelsTerrible customer service, they will not accommodate for you if your travel arrangements are disrupted. In my case the ferry was moved at short notice to the following morning.
I was not offered a move in the date of stay or a refund.

Posted 14 Jan 2024 on HotelsRoom is always good and clean the only thing the room was very cold and not heating was on when I arrived at the room .
I suggest before your guests arrive to make sure the room it's nice and warm as feel welcoming especially in the winter.
Saying that everything else was good.
