Staff were very friendly. Property a little tired, hence why the refurbishment going on (inc scaffolding). Our room was nice, but the bedroom was effectively in the basement and therefore poorly ventilated (unable to open windows). This was not helped by the en-suite bathroom extract fan not working. Also bin in the toilet had not been emtied from previous occupants, which was a little unpleasant. Breaksfast staff were really friendly and helpful.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Fortunately they helped with our bags as there is no lift and the rooms are located up several different staircases on various levels! Room was clean but quite small for the price although breakfast was included. Opening windows. Food in restaurant is pretty average and anywhere else is a big hike without a vehicle. Location is on an extremely steep hill - but St Peter Port is all like that so wear good walking shoes!

Wonderful place. Our cottage was magnificent, spacious and comfy. The in-house pub serves good food. The staff is very nice and very helpful

Nice, central location. Clean room and a bed with a good mattress. Only minus comes from the room not being ready at 2pm (as promised on website) and the toilet paper wasn’t replenished during our stay (3 nights).
