Value for money .The food was excellent.Something for everyone. We understand theres building work going on but its progress for the area.

AC kept making a sparking noise throughout the night, couldn’t use ceiling fan because it also made loud noses, phone in room didn’t work, there were roaches and ants in my room as well

Overall not too bad
Posted 2 Apr 2023 on HotelsWe really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean. Unfortunately we try to grade during asked day to all inclusive but they refused wasn’t that the state was really good. The breakfast are OK but please be careful as I found a fly in the milk, but they quickly changed it. The food is OK. The staff are not all the best, but Natalie is fantastic. She has a time for you.

The place is very comfortable but the receptionists and the woman who is in charge of the bookings were not friendly nor kind
