The service was impeccable from the time my Wife and I was picked up at train station. I very highly recommend this hotel. The best service you will ever receive.

Air conditioning wasn't available, so had to leave windows open at night. A little noise as a result. If it was any hotter, could have become a big problem. Room was spacious and enjoyable. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Spa area was outstanding, including the five suana options. Primarily ate in the bar versus sitting down for dinner, liked eating in the bar lounge.

The complimentary breakfast buffet is awesome; best we have ever experienced anywhere in the world! If in St. Moritz you must stay here.

Wow! Blown away by the details in this place and super clean. A light switch at your night stand to turn off ALL lights in the room at night. How wonderfully thought out! Every amenity. Spa, indoor pool. Wow, wow, wow.
