Excellent location for walking the coast path. All the staff were really friendly and keen to please. Endless selection of good quality dishes from four different menus every day. Only negative, we didn't have a sea view from our room but I didn't ask for one when I booked so can't really complain.

WE WAS ROBBED!
Posted 3 Jul 2017 on HotelsShabby room. Surly staff at breakfast. £150.00 per night but a latte costs extra at breakfast! Asked for poached eggs on toast......the barely toasted "toast" came out about 5 or so minutes before the 1 x egg! So....one poached egg on cold toast.
The full English was minimal.....a rip off.
Would not recommend this place to anyone......."WE WAS ROBBED"

Pleasant hotel very near cliff walk
Posted 13 Sep 2014Pleasant hotel near cliff walk. Hotel does not have sea views. Staff were friendly. The swimming pool was heated, clean and a reasonable size and mainly empty so we enjoyed that. The breakfast was good, buffet style.

Saints Bay Hotel a Guernsey
Posted 3 Aug 2011 on HotelsHotel is outdated and needs a "big makeover" , weed on the terrace, broken umbrella'z everywhere, dirty garden, death plants, lack of maintenance of the garden and swimming pool, very poor beds, no hot water (shower) during the day.
Great location , friendly (foreign) hotel people, but the hotel needs desperatly a lot of tender love and care ....
