Faciilty needs updating/repairs. Our room was disgusting. Trash can was missed, bathtub had lots of little hairs and dirty shower curtain. Floor hadn't been vacuumed, smudges on furntiure that wasn't wiped down, dishes in cabinets were dirty. Thankfully the one thing clean was the sheets. Very expensive stay for the worst room I've ever had. My guess is they don't have anyone checking rooms after they are cleaned. I would not stay here again and would have left but we had to be at the hospital next door very early the next day.

Would stay again, just avoid breakfast
Posted 8 Jan 2024 on HotelsConvenient me located , felt safe, quiet. Good service. Lobby was nice and clean, well lit. Pool and hot tub were good. Room was clean, cozy. BathTub looked like it had seen better days but was clean. Breakfast was not worth staying for, was microwaved and runny. I got to say that the free breakfast was the worst part of the stay but that said, I would return and stay with them. They are pet friendly.
