there was no parking everything is under construction and loud and people smoke by the doors, and the staff doesn’t do anything about it

Great staff and Dining. The property is a bit older and still needing updates. Our shower water ran without any way to stop the leak. Our room key had to be reprogrammed every time we left our room. The door automatic lock needs to be updated.

There is construction around the hotel, and parking is not the best. But we made it work, the staff took care of a situation that we had to change rooms.

When we got checked in ladie didn't even tell us where our room was. Then I picked this hotel because it said it had parking. No it had very limited spaces first come first serve. Then a parking lot that we could have to pay 40 dollars a night it was ridiculous. I told them they need to be more specific about their parking. The pool was ice cold and very small. Other than that our stay wasn't bad. The other staff was super friendly just not front desk

Had to move rooms 3 times. Gum on ceiling, mold in bathroom, tv not working cable box stolen. Chipping paint, door get stuck. Oh and flooded water in the hall. No food service and no king bed I paid for. Got a 100 credit but sucks for a birthday trip.

Toilet ran all night, faucet falling off the sink, no consideration from other people staying at night-being loud in the hallways after quiet times. Being asked for tips at breakfast. Drunk people partying in the parking lot and right outside in the smoking area by the bar.
