Not happy and I want my money back

I showed up for my reservation and they said they were completely booked. They didn’t even make reservations through hotels.com so they weren’t sure how it was made. They were under a different name than what was listed. They are OYO now. When I called hotels.com, they couldn’t even reach them because it was the wrong number listed on their site. I was told that my reservation was cancelled without a charge and they gave me a voucher for another booking. Almost a month later and I I receiving a no show charge for the hotel. This is not okay.

Only smoking rooms are offered. Some rooms were boarded up along with half of the lobby. Very unsafe to stay here

Place was closed when we got there. Sign on door turning people away. Wouldn't even talk to us about our reservation.

My problem was this site

My stay was ok for the price, but booking online cost me to pay twice. Hotels.com has the hotel I stayed at still on its website and they do not honor online booking anymore.

I did not wind up staying at this hotel for several reasons. First & foremost THEY DO NOT HONOR ONLINE RESERVATIONS INCLUDING THOSE MADE HERE!!! I got there & found out they had no reservation for me. Second, the exterior of the hotel is brutal. There’s plywood over several room windows and there are signs all over the office about all the services they do not provide. Third, THE ROOMS LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS!!! The room I was given had a mattress so thin it might as well have been a sleeping bag on boards. The rest of the room was in rather rough shape, the carpet was extremely worn, and the room (despite being a nonsmoking room) reeked of stale cigarettes & spilled beer. Great for a dive bar, but not what I look for in a place to stay. If it was possible, I would give this place negative stars. Thoroughly horrible experience.
