We loved the best western Troy because the staff was very welcoming, made us feel right at home! The room was huge, the beds were very comfortable, we had all the amenities that we needed in the room, and the breakfast the next morning was perfect in terms of the selection that was available to get your day started off right! I would highly recommend the best western Troy and if we are ever traveling through that way again, we would definitely stay there

I didnt stay at this place and i tried to cancel my stay this stay but was still charged thats why i will never use expedia again. Who knows it might of been a good stay but never set foot in this esablishment for that fact of using expedia this is my review

Breakfast choices were not great. No muffins, not good eggs and No Waffle maker!? Why have it on your commercials?? Staff was friendly and room was pretty nice.

Waiting 15 mins at desk and finally called the hotel # to get someone to come to the desk to check in.
They should have at-least some sort of bell to announce your presence.

Great offer for the price. It's not a brand new hotel so it's not going to "wow" you. But, what it offered for the price we wanted to pay was excellent.

Quiet, good breakfast
