I loved everything about the hotel except the kiosk

I live this hotel! The staff is alwaya the best. I stay here very frequently ans they always accommodate my requests :)

Received a snack upon check-in was different. The sink in the room backed up with water. Holes in the bathroom door. Would have been nice to have the peep holes on the door covered. Also, would help to have known the shower needed to be in a certain position to avoid water spouting all over the floor bc it was hand held. The towels were very rough. The spread on the bed needed to be cleaned. How often are they changed?

Absolutely the worst place I've stayed. First I was charged 2 times for my room. I tried to address it with front desk. The lady was No help stating they only billed me once showing me the computer screen. I had my bank app open trying to show her where it came out twice. I was asked to swipe my card a second time because the young lady said it didn't go through on her end meanwhile I was telling her ok but it went through on my end. I should've requested a refund and left then. Second my fridge didn't work and it took 2 hrs to fix that. Third and final straw there was a competition in town with a lot of kids. They ran the halls half the night playing and knocking on doors. My fridge died again and I requested to be moved to a different floor. It never got fixed and of course they never moved me. After being billed $337.16 twice and no rest I will definitely be contacting my bank. One thing I will not do is argue about my money

Stayed w wife n grandkids. They loved the pool. Breakfasts were good. Safe neighborhood. Nice stay.
