Short/easy drive to Convention Ctr. Lots of close places to eat. Good hot breakfast included. Clean, well kept hotel.

I waited alone in the lobby for between 10-15 minutes before staff came. He explained that he was the only staff and another guest needed something. (A note would have been nice- as we had spent 15 hours driving and were exhausted. We got the room and layed down. 10 minutes later we were being bitten by bed bugs. They offered to move us to another floor but we only had about 4-1/2 hours before we had to get onto the road again. We couldn’t risk it happening again so we left and asked for a refund. The staff member said she couldn’t refund it but I could contact management-which I just did. They have left for the day. (It’s 12:15pm). I was told that she would respond tomorrow morning. I will try to update this review. But I could tell by their reactions that this isn’t the first time that this has happened. Beware.

Hotel was just ok. Hotel is old and not updated. Appeared dark and dreary. Expected nicer hotel with the price we paid for two nights. Staff was friendly.
