Location was really good but had to park at the railway station in front of the hotel. Avarage hotel, quite old building. Cleanness could have been better. Not the best value for money but OK to for a short stay.

We always like to stay in bay hotel. Last year we had amazing room with sea view upstairs. This time I bought 1 night stay with sea view. But we get room downstairs with road and threes view.

The sea view was absolutely beautiful and about the only thing that salvaged this stay. The room stunk of bleach the second we walked in, the bathroom handle was hanging off and there were marks all down the wall. I was very disappointing considering the price we paid for this room and the location, I would’ve expected better quality.

For the price the hotel was good value. the location was fantastic and free parking was a bonus too.

Extremely old hotel creating an image of rooms are not clean, suggest spending some money to revamp the facilities, friendly staff and great location

Stayed here over end of May Bank Holiday. Booked two sea view rooms when I got to the hotel one of the rooms was on the ground floor and sea view was obscured by trees, so no sea view. No offer of moving to a different room. Breakfast was average and finished at 0900. Far too early. When you asked for breakfast items just before 0900 staff looked at their watches!! Had dinner there, food was disgusting. Worse than hospital food, frozen veg, frozen potatoes. You had to eat at 1830 so no flexibility. It basically caters for coach parties, so if you like that sort of thing then book but if you don't..... avoid. Room wasn't very clean. It's like staff don't care. Very disappointed 😞

The rooms are NOT what they look like on the website. We booked Seaview but you could hardly see the view out of the window. Very dirty carpet and in general, not clean.
