Staff is first rate. Friendly and helpful. The facility is 'Old School' in a charmimg way. Reminds me of what you might find along Route 66. It is located right across from the bay so, perfect location. Carpet does need to be replaced. They are aware and have ordered.

We thoroughly enjoy our stay at Panorama and the staff in particular Veronica was fantastic and very helpful.
