"We had a great stay here in a studio room. It was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The modern bathroom has a separate bath and shower which was appreciated. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. "

"Fantastic find!! Late decision and what a good decision. Only a very short walk from Tower Bridge - loads os bars and independent foody places nearby. The hotel itself is also a coffee bar, restaurant and work space! Well decorated. Very clean and the food is excellent. The room was fantastic. A studio room. Separate eating and sitting area with a kitchen you could comfortably live with! Loads of room and very homely. The staff on every part of the business were down to earth, friendly and very helpful! Would recommend anyone to stay here "

"First, the address of in the listing is not actually the entrance, which was confusing. The room was clean and the kitchen was well appointed. There were no paper goods other than toilet paper, so we had to buy paper towels and tissue. Also, no washcloth (which seems to be the standard in the UK?) The deposit (hotels.com won’t allow me to say the amount) is excessive, IMO, and atypical. "

"Room was clean but property overall was not. Carpets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in forever. Internet went down and no one could get in their rooms. I had paid for early check in and it was a process. We missed an appt in London because we couldn’t leave luggage. We were traveling with our adult kids and the frosted glass in the bathrooms is not very good for privacy. I would not stay here again. "

"I got a room with a shower. The bathroom was spotless, freshly remodeled I would think. However, the bedroom walls were dirty, stained. I am sure it will look good if painted. The WiFi wasn’t available so couldn’t connect to the internet. Overall, I think it’s okay considering the price as it’s very affordable for London."
