The rooms are really good. Large, excellent beds. The pool is fairly good but when we were there full of children. The breakfast needs improvement: get in some fruit (Bananas, apples), boiled eggs. You get the ubiquitous waffles and a yoghurt (full of sugar) but it could be so much better

The room they put us in was setup for a handicap person. The bathroom into the shower was flat surface, so when you take a shower the water went everywhere. I had to wipe the floor so that I could stand at the sink to brush my teeth. A birthday party was held in the pool area. It was very crowded and we tried to turn on the jets for the hot tub, and they didn’t work.

The room you booked through Expedia was a "Room, 1 King Bed, Accessible, Non Smoking," which means it is wheelchair accessible. For future bookings, any modifications or room type changes must be made through the company where the reservation was made.I'm sorry about the non-functional jets in the hot tub. We'll make sure our maintenance team is aware of this and fixes it for other guests.Your experience with the crowded pool area during the birthday party is also concerning. Other guests should have been more considerate. We’ll make sure our staff is more aware of activities in the pool area so we can ask guests to be respectful and ensure everyone can enjoy the facilities.We appreciate your understanding and hope to provide you with a more comfortable stay next time.

This is the second time I have stayed at this property and I think it is now our go to when we visit St. George.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Easy access to stores, restaurants, and 20 min from Tuacahn and lots of hikes.

4 out of 10 towels had stains, one eith a blood stain. They tried to replace it. And 3 out of 4 had stains. Then they offered to choose from 5. 4 had stains. They definitely need to draw more attention to hygiene. Breakfast is completely at the hotel's level. I personally didn't enjoy it. Other than that, theh hotel was good for 2 stars.Overall I'd say it is 3.5 out of 5. Would I stay there one more time? Yes, if I knew they would fix towels.
