The nastiest hotel we have ever been to. They didn't even bother to change the sheets or towels or empty trash left behind from the last people. Every room stinks of smoke. We walked in and immediately left to go stay somewhere else. Do not go here!!!

The front desk lady, Jackie is a very kind and absolutely wonderful person. She made us feel welcome after the horrible experience we had at another hotel. The accessible room was a little too small, but I was able to get in and out of it safely. The cleaning staff were very quick and friendly to us as we were leaving. We will absolutely consider staying here again.

Upon arrival I tripped over a big dog in the check in area. I fell and hit the concrete floor really hard. I busted both knees and the fall ripped a chunk of skin off of my arm. The staff did nothing to help. It took several minutes to get up off the floor. No one apologized. The dog belonged to a staff member who did nothing to control the dog. Worst place I’ve ever stayed at in my 74 years. I should get a full refund for what happened to me. You should not book anyone else in that hell hole.

It's within walking distance of the St. George Shuttle, which is a plus. You have to ask for shampoo/conditioner and other toiletries, as well as an iron, at the front desk. Room was clean, but the door needed new paint. Not fancy, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Manager would not let us check in @ 12. He said to come back in an hour. The hotel looks to have plenty of rooms & few cars in parking lot. Other employee made it seem like he was being stingy to not let us check in early. When we came back to check in he’s was unfriendly and rude. I felt like a child being scolded by my parents. Like he didn’t trust that there were just 2 of us, that we didn’t smoke, & that we didn’t have any animals. It felt like the 3rd degree. Will not be staying here again.

One word. DIRTY!!! Booked only for one night, but the room was really dirty. We checked in around 4 pm but we didn't go in right away. When we walked into the room was around 10 pm and we saw the bed sheets had been used and had not been changed. Because it was late and we were also tired. So we didn't let the worker know right away. My family and I did not dare to sleep on the beds at all. It was uncomfortable to sleep. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.
