One star is too many. Here's why: A room at this motel usually costs $50-$60/night if booked online. I did this and paid $52. One week later, I went there without a reservation and was charged $82.00, for the same room I had before. They advertise one price and then add up to $30/night when you pay on arrival. They know that people would rather pay more than look for another place to stay, especially if it is late and they are tired (like me). The online rates is advertising and tells people about the property and what the actual or approximate rates are. Adding up to $30 to the online price is false advertising and price-gouging. It's a classic "gotcha" scam.

Richard, you were quoted a rate and you agreed. You signed a receipt also to agreeing to the amount. Please stop harassing the hotel with your bad reviews on several platforms.

Booked this room as a resting spot on a long trip,room was ready even though showed up two hours early,but it needed some extra cleaning once arrived,staff was nice to handle issues,it was a smokers room,but didn’t stink,hotel is decent,but needs some attention to cleanliness .

For a cheap motel, its not too bad. Room is clean. Bed is good enough.

The beds sheets were not clean. The mattress had urine spots on it. The bathtub looked like it wasn't cleaned for weeks. The towel had burn spots. It took forever to warm up because all the heat was going out underneath the door. THEY tried to take another $37.00 of my card!!!!

Cherice, you and your brother are not allowed back onto the property. You and Purnell tried this same scam last year with bogus reviews and pictures of a different property for a refund.
