Great check in, followed by a hotel room which is as lovely as it is in the photos. Excellent room service dinner. Five stars all around.

We loved our stay at the Inn on the Cliff. The views were spectacular, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. 10/10 would recommend staying here on a St George vacation!

It was beautiful but not what I expected…. No cream for coffee when you wake up. They want to bring food to your room which might be nice for some people but I wake up early since I’m from the east coast and didn’t want to wait till 7. No alcohol at the fine dining restaurant. But the food was really really good!! Beautiful place and also extremely clean!!!

Its the best hotelminnSt. George. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. We will certianly be back on our next visit. Special thanks to Melanie who assisted ua with the checkout process. From the JW friends.

View was great . I arrived at 2:41 and went to check in and was told check in was 3:00 and house keeping was still working. They never checked to see if my room was ready . I sat in my car and could see all rooms. I went back in lobby at 2:55 and sat down. At 2:56 another guest came in and was told the same thing. At 2:59 he call me up tho check in. My room was ready at 2:40 when I arrived so instead of letting me go to my room they made me wait in my car. The did offer to let me in the pool. What kind of customer service is this. I’ve never had a hotel do this to me. It may not seem like a big deal but after driving a long ways it pissed me off.

Steve,I am very sorry that you weren't able to get into your room early. Not all of our room types are the same and of course we need to check guests into the room types in which they booked. We also do require our Housekeeping Manager to check all rooms for completion and cleanliness before checking guests into them. I'm sorry that this was not communicated to you and that we didn't do a better job trying to accommodate you. I hope you will give us another try the next time you are in St. George.

The views from our room were breathtaking. The dining was excellent. Will stay here again when we are in St. George.
