Our suite was nice and clean. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher (all of the silverware and the tray) we thought we had no silverware until we were getting ready to leave and i was putting dishes in dishwasher to run it. The pool area needs maintenance...as well as to have the filter suction increased, so much hair in the pool! There was garbage near one of the exterior doors for 2 day (plastic beverage bottles & several chip full size chip bags). The breakfast offering, on both mornings, was ok, but not replenished in a timely manner. The danishes were not replenished at all, the yogurt was not replenished from Saturday's breakfast, and the eggs, sausage and french toast sticks were only refilled after all 3 trays were empty ( there was still 2 more hours for the breakfast area to serviced). We'll give it another shot, at some point, hopefully it be better.

I will follow up with my housekeeping team to ensure they are catching all the little things (like dirty silverware) on their room inspections before checking new guests in. I was very disappointed to hear that trash went so long before being taken out, and again thank you for bringing that to my attention. I will also stress the importance to our breakfast attendants of refilling items as they are nearly gone to ensure that all of our guests are offered the same items for breakfast, no matter what time they show up. I appreciate the opportunity to impress you on your next visit, and hope you will give us the chance soon! I assure you, we take all comments and feedback very sincerely and strive to improve with each bit of feedback. Thank you!

Very nice place to stay. Only chance complaint was the breakfast service.

We arrived early and the property was very accommodating - allowing us to check in well before the check in time. However, the room they provided for us had not been cleaned from the previous guests. They were apologetic and quickly moved us into another room, and we had no further concerns.

Staff was helpful and made sure the hottub was working so we could use it. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hvac system was way too loud and very grungy looking. TVs were mounted oddly and way too low. Cleanliness was decent. Nice location.
