Breakfast was terrible was out of everything right down to the juice did have coffee wasn’t wiped down was very disappointing said something front desk guy wasn’t willing to help him get caught up wouldn’t stay again

We had a great stay here! Our beds were comfortable, which is a big bonus in my opinion! You never know what they’ll be like, but these were perfect! The room was clean and neat. The entire hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff were friendly, they made a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You could tell they really wanted to do well and to succeed. There were some improvements being made while we were there like new paint in the hallways. I appreciated seeing this kind of work being done to continue to keep the property nice. Also, it may be a small, silly thing, but we were happy we could log into Netflix that evening! The night before we stayed in Brainerd, at a much more well known hotel, double the price…beds were horrible, not as clean, and evening TV had poor options! Overall I was just very impressed with our stay at this AmericInn. We will definitely stay here again.

I can't say enough about my stay at Americinn. The host Sravan was super kind. He was always available and was constantly straightening things up and making sure the lobby and dining area was clean. The breakfast was nice and hot.The facility was super clean. I had the queen beds room and it was very comfortable. When I return to St Cloud this will be my first call.

This hotel had an elevator which was good since there were 3 floors.
The shower was difficult to manage: the handle to adjust the water was difficult.
They had a great breakfast.
