I could not go due to personal reasons but I did talk to their desk people a couple time and they we pleasant professional and caring in our interactions. I will attempt to go there in the future

Excellent staff * very clean. It was easy to find, easy to get into and easy to park. Lots of restaurants nearby, just a great area.

Hotel was just what we needed. A place to sleep for one night. Considering the prices in the area, it was exactly what we expected. The property is starting to look a little dated, but still clean and comfortable. The walls/door is not very sound proof. People were standing in the hall talking early in the morning, and we could hear it loud and clear. Breakfast was a continental breakfast (cereal, bread/bagel, waffle maker, yogurt, milk, juice, coffee). So, if you need meat/protein or sugar-free options in the morning, expect to go find food elsewhere. Overall, good for somewhere safe to sleep in the St. Charles area.

This hotel has been our go to for almost 3 years now when it comes to visiting family and friends around St. Charles. The rooms are always clean and the staff are always helpful. This last visit, we noticed a couple of things have deteriorated, the water pressure was low and the water had difficulty staying warm but besides that and a couple small things, it was a pleasant stay as always.
