Not a good breakfast selection. Good location to restaurant and shopping.

Hello, Carol Thanks for your feedback and staying with us. If we start offering hot breakfast then cost of room rate will increase. Because we have to have certified category one certified license personal required during breakfast hours to be present. Sorry for the inconvenience .

Simple and clean hotel. The breakfast was very simple: bread, bagels, a couple different kinds of cereal, bananas and apples, a box of cookies, juice, milk, and coffee. Only negative was that the pool was completely drained so obviously unavailable to use.

Unsafe and dirty

Hello, Erika Thanks for your feedback and staying few hour with us. When yo requested 1 pm late out i told you there will be a fee or i can give you until noon without fee. You said ok and may be hour later you came to me and told me I do not feel safe here I told you do not have to worry. Then hour later you came with room key and told me toilet is running water and you left. You received the room type that you have reserved. We can always change room subject to another room open. Sorry , for inconvenience. We had over 50 % room occupied on the day you checked in and nobody felt Unsafe and their room was not dirty. Place was not dirty.
